In the first quarter of 2025, the top business apps on the Android platform in Ecuador showed varied performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the top five apps.

Zoom Workplace experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1.1K by the end of February. Downloads spiked early in February, reaching around 72K, while active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, starting strong at over 1.3M and settling around 1.2M by the end of March.

Microsoft Teams maintained zero revenue throughout the quarter. Its downloads saw a significant peak in early February with 43.7K, while active users showed a decline from around 657K in January to 431K by the end of March.

Cryptoguru: Trading Simulator also reported no revenue but had a noticeable download peak in early January at about 22K. Active users remained stable, starting at 51K and slightly decreasing to 44K by the quarter's end.

Mi Claro Ecuador showed consistent downloads, peaking at 8.2K in early March. Active users fluctuated but ended strong, increasing from 158K in January to 171K by the end of March.

Finally, PDF Scanner app - TapScanner saw a steady revenue increase, peaking at $1.3K in late March. Downloads showed upward momentum in February, reaching 9.3K, while active users saw a decrease from 33K in January to 24K by the end of the quarter.
